Tasso is a collection of decorative vases which revisits the process of wood lathing. Their uniqueness springs from the fact that they are composed of solid wood blocks, partially finished by hand. Two sections are therefore made: one is sculpted, turned and finely-chiseled, the other is left untreated, like a raw base, creating a visual link between the object and its origin. Water should not be used in these vases, they are meant to be displayed as a sculptural object(s) or for dry arrangements only.
